A spruce and citrus forward interpretation of the classic Grisette style miners ale. Brewed in collaboration with at Kølster Brewing using barley, wheat, oats, lemon peel and Perle. Fermented with a modern farmhouse yeast and completed with delicate top notes of Chinook and Saphir hops in the fermenter.
